Kids Yoga is a fun and exciting way to teach children a unique blend of physical yoga and social skills. In this class children explore breathing, stretching, self-calming techniques, and adorable kid-friendly postures. Children will build self-esteem, enhance focus, develop patience and self-awareness all while having a fun time in a playful environment. Take advantage of this unique opportunity to foster your child’s personal and physical self-discovery! Parent participation is encouraged, but not required. Please bring your own yoga mat!
